The Finderoo app need access to your camera to be able to scan QR-codes, display photos of your items and help describe found locations. The camera use is optional and provides a better app experience. When a finder reports an item as lost, the app requests your location. The location is only used for an initial position for the item, and can be moved or deactivated.
